Intelligent Building Control with energy monitoring
Client Specification: Deliver a comprehensive BMS solution providing efficient control and monitoring of the campus heating, ventilation and associated plant, while integrating energy data to support the building’s operational energy and sustainability targets.
The Challenge: Paisley Grammar Community Campus required a large-scale, fully integrated building management system capable of bringing together numerous mechanical services and third-party systems across the site. As our first full project using Distech Controls, the project also involved multiple communication protocols including BACnet, Modbus and LoRaWAN, creating a complex integration and commissioning challenge.
Our Solution: We engineered and commissioned a complete Distech Controls solution across three BMS control panels, providing centralised monitoring and control of the building’s heating, ventilation and associated mechanical plant.
Impact: Paisley Grammar Community Campus now benefits from a modern, fully integrated building control system capable of managing a large and varied range of building services while providing the monitoring and energy data required to help support efficient long-term operation.
